Cecilio Gonzalez

Cecilio Gonzalez, 85, of Bethlehem, PA died on Saturday, November 24, 2007 at his residence with family by his side in Bethlehem. He was born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, and was the son of the late Mercedes and Carmen Fonseca Gonzalez. Cecilio was the husband of Petra Huertas Gonzalez who celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary last December.

Cecilio worked for Just Born, Inc. retiring in 1988 after 31 years of service. He was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church.

Cecilio will be lovingly remembered by his wife Petra, four sons, Raymond Gonzalez and wife Catherine, Victor Gonzalez and wife Guendalina, David Gonzalez all of Bethlehem, and Cecilio Gonzalez Jr. and wife Estervina of Whitehall, brothers Carmelo, Miguel, Carlos and Rafael Gonzalez and sisters Luz Maria DePedro, Gloria Gonzalez, Iris Gonzalez, and 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Cecilio is predeceased by his parents, two sons Carlos and Ruben Gonzalez, brother Mercedes Gonzalez and a sister Felicita Cadiz.

Visitation will be at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Wednesday, November 28, 2007 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Connell Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday November 29, 2007 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM

Prayers will be held at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, 312 East Fourth Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015 on Thursday November 29, 2007 at 10:00 AM
