Gwynne Ann Sponchiado

Gwynne Ann Sponchiado, 66, of Bethlehem, died Friday, September 12, 2008 in her home. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Archie and Olga Malitzki DiGiacinto. She was the loving wife of Egidio "Spunk" Sponchiado. They celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary this past April.

Gwynne worked for George Wolf Elementary School in Northampton School District as a secretary for more than 20 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Egidio "Spunk" Sponchiado of Bethlehem; son, Michael D. Sponchiado & his wife, Stephanie of Bethlehem; daughter, Jodi A. Sponchiado of Bethlehem; brother, Archie DiGiacinto of Allentown; and her sister, Sandra, wife of Jack Neylon of Twin Mountain, N.H. She was preceded in death by her brother, Marco DiGiacinto.

A Visitation will be held, Sunday, September 14th from 6-8 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
