Julian A. Jagielski

August 11, 1919 — March 23, 2015

Julian A. Jagielski, 95, of Bethlehem, died on Monday, March 23, 2015. He was born in Poland on August 11, 1919; son of the late Josephine (Samosko) and Anthony Jagielski. He was the loving husband to Helen (Zemba); they were married 70 years. He worked as a template maker for Bethlehem Fabricators. He was a member of the former St. Stanislaus and Ss. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Churches, and a current member of the Incarnation of Our Lord Parish. He was a veteran of the Polish Army and a P.O.W. for 4 years during WWII.

Julian will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Helen; daughters, Theresa Spevak and husband Tom, and Marta Lalik; grandchildren, Anthony Spevak, Dr. Marie Spevak-OBrien and husband Jason, and Michelle Lalik; great granddaughters, Madison and McKayla OBrien. He was predeceased by his grandson, Joseph Lalik.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 27, from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Incarnation of Our Lord Church, 617 Pierce St., Bethlehem, PA 18018. A 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Burial will be in the Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown.
