Ada C. Marcantognini

Ada C. Caverni Marcantognini, 92, of Bethlehem, PA

died on Sunday, June 18, 2006 at Moravian Village of Bethlehem.

Born February 27, 1914 in San Lorenzo in Campo, Italy she was the daughter of the late Alfredo and Lisa Caverni. She was the wife of the late Enrico Marcantognini.

Ada was a member of St. Anne?s Catholic Church where she was a member of the Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality. She was employed at Western Electric where she retired from after 27 years.

Ada is survived by her son Joseph Marcantognini husband of Jeanne of Bethlehem Township. Two granddaughters Anne married to Alan Jones of Arlington, VA; Natalie married to Richard Cunningham of Marlboro, MA and a grandson John Marcantognini married to Angela of Blue Bell, PA and five great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother Debedis Caverni and sister Clorinda Valenti both are still in Italy.

SERVICES

Visitation will be at Connell Funeral Home, Inc 245 E. Broad Street Bethlehem, PA. on Thursday, June 22, 2006 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

A service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anne's Catholic Church 450 Washington Ave. Bethlehem, PA on Thursday June 22, 2006 at 10:30 AM

In Lieu of flower contributions may be made to the church.
