Agnes J. Albarell

Agnes J. Albarell, 93, of Bethlehem, died on Friday, September 20, 2013. Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Paul Sr. and Antonia (Granitz) Marth, and was the wife of the late Michael L. Albarell who died in 1988. Agnes played an integral role in helping her late husband begin and sustain his business, Albarell Electric. Above all, it was her family that she cherished the most and the legacy that she left her children of a mother's absolute love. To others, she will be remembered as being a gracious hostess who opened her home to all at any time throughout the years. She was also a faithful parishioner of St Anne's Catholic Church.

Agnes is survived by her son, Michael M. and wife, Lynn, daughters: Mary Ann Albarell, Patricia, wife of Christopher W. Bracy, Constance, wife of Clarence J. Odenheimer, Francine, wife of Ilhan Citak, sister-in-law, Pauline Marth, grandchildren, Deniz, Alison, Cheryl, Janice, and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Frank, Anna, Stephania, John, Paul, and Helen.

Viewing hours will be held in St. Anne's Catholic Church, 450 Washington Ave. Bethlehem, on Wednesday, September 25 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
