Agnes Kovacs

Our loving Mother, Agnes Marie Therese Gimpert Kovacs, passed into eternal life on Sunday, February 2 at the age of ninety-two. Her failing heart was not evident in her

love for family, the Phillies or Notre Dame football. Pre-deceased by her husband, Charles J Kovacs, she is survived by two children, Charles Jr. (wife, Mary Jo) and Joanne Kovacs Balshi (husband, Dr. Thomas Balshi), as well as six grandchildren,

Anne, Thomas and Stephen Balshi and Charles, Stephanie and Anthony Kovacs.

She was also the proud great-grandmother of Alexandra, Brandon, Benjamin, Samantha, Peyton and Nicholas Balshi.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Annes Roman Catholic Church, 450 Washington Avenue, Bethlehem on Thursday, February 6th at 11 AM. Visitation in the church prior to services beginning at 9:30. Burial is private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Sisters of Saint Joseph, Mount Saint Joseph Convent, 9701 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19118-2694.
