Agnes R. Sek

Agnes R. (Dozer) Sek, 91, of Bethlehem, died on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Holy Family Manor. She was born May 13, 1922 in Bethlehem, the youngest of seven children to the late Andrew J. and Anna M. Dozer. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Sek.

Earlier in life, Agnes worked briefly at Western Electric before dedicating her life to her family. She was a devoted parishioner of Holy Infancy Catholic Church. Agnes had a special place in her heart for animals and loved spending time with her family. In her free time, she could be found tending to her flowers.

Agnes will be dearly missed by her sons, Stanley Sek and his wife, Mary and John Sek all of Bethlehem as well as her five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Agnes was predeceased by her siblings and great granddaughter, Kimberly ORourke.

Arrangements have been entrusted to The Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A visitation will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 9-10 AM at Holy Infancy Catholic Church 312 E. 4th St. Bethlehem, PA 18015 with a Mass of Christian Burial to immediately follow at 10 AM. Interment will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
