Alberto Alicea

Alberto Alicea, 75, formerly of Bethlehem, died Tuesday, July 4, 2006.

Born January 15, 1931 in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late

Juan and Rosa Acevedo Alicea. He was the loving husband of Antonia Acevedo Alicea. They celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary February 22nd.

Alberto worked for Bethlehem Steel for 30 years. He retired in 1997.

He loved dancing and gardening. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Antonia, son, Dr. Ariel Albert Alicea of Bethlehem, daughters-Lillian Solivan of Bethlehem, Eva Roelker of Tucson, Ariz. Norma Alicea-Alvarez of Sinking Springs, brothers-Arsenio and Ismael both of Puerto Rico, sister-Matilda Villanueva of Puerto Rico, grandchildren, JR Solivan and Evan Rene Alvarez

Services: A Graveside service will be held, Friday, July 7, 2006 at 9 AM at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, July 6, 2006 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem.
