Albina T. Kozak

Albina T. Kozak, 90, of Bethlehem passed away Friday, January 29, 2016 at Holy Family Manor. Born march 22, 1922 in Coaldale, PA she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mildred (Kwasnik) Opilo. She was the loving wife of the late John Kozak with whom she was married to over 50 years.

Albina dedicated herself to her family. She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Lansford where she was involved with the Rosary Society. She was also a member of the Golden Age Club.

Albina will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Father David Kozak of Reading and Robert Kozak and wife Mary Jo of Drums, brother Attorney Theodore Opilo of CA and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Agnes Dobley and brothers, Frank and Louis Opilo.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the Holy Family Manor Chapel 1200 Spring St., Bethlehem, PA from 12-1 PM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Sky-View Cemetery in Tamaqua. Arrangements Connell Funeral Home, Inc.
