Alexandra Sandra Moyer

Alexandra Sandra (Sandi) (Logechnik) Moyer, 74, of Allentown, died Friday, August 5, 2016. She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Olga (Kaszalaba) and Vladimir Logechnik. She was the wife of the late Glenn R. Moyer.

Sandi was a graduate of Liberty High School and St. Lukes Hospital School of Nursing. As an LPN she worked in both Bethlehem and Allentown. Sandi served terms as the president of the Lehigh Valley Rape Crisis Council and the Jaycee Wives of Allentown. Sandi enjoyed cooking. She was a past president of the Berks-Lehigh Chefs Association and a member of the American Culinary Federation. She was the chef and owner of Sandis Specialties, a catering company.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, George Motter V and his wife Michele; grandchildren, George VI, Natalie and Sonia Motter, all of Torrance, CA; stepsons, Gary, Drew, Kevin, and Philip Moyer; stepdaughters, Marguerite Morrison, Kate Lewis and Mary Claire Melzer; step-grandchildren, Jenn, Adam, Adrian, Kelly, Laura, Alexis, Nicole, Sean, Michele, Amie, JK, and Chris; sisters, Tanya Laudadio, Nadya Seifert and a brother, Walter Logechnik, all of Nesquehoning, PA.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 9-10 a.m. with funeral services to follow at 10 a.m. at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, 980 Bridle Path Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18017.
