Alice Julien

Alice Rayda Julien, 90, formerly of 913 Jennings St. Bethlehem died on Monday, January 29, 2007 at Phoebe Home in Allentown.

She was born May 26, 1916 in Old Forge, PA. She was the daughter of the late Constantine and Tatiana Rayda.

Alice was preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard J. Julien on October 25, 1999. They were married for 64 years.

She was a parishioner of St. Anne's Catholic Church Bethlehem, where she was a member of the Sodality. She was also a member of the Bethlehem Senior Citizens Group.

Alice will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Tina, wife of Carl Lam M.D. of Allentown; two grandchildren Allison Lam M.D., wife of Andrew Rael and their daughter, Sophia and David Lam D.M.D., husband of Laura and their daughter, Olivia. She is also survived by two sisters, Mary Figlear and Helen Becker.

Alice was preceded in death by her sisters, Anna, Louise, and Bertha.

Alice will always be remembered and dearly loved for being a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and the joys they received from her fabulous cooking and baking.

Services are under the direction of Connell Funeral Home, Inc. Bethlehem

A Visitation will be held on Saturday February 3, 2007 at the church, located at 450 Washington Ave. Bethlehem PA 18017 from 10:30-11AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11AM.

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem, PA
