Allen M. Hawkins

Allen “Taft” M. Hawkins, 56 , of Bethlehem passed away on Thursday July 10, 2014 at his home. He was born on July 12, 1957 in Elizabeth, NJ, son of the late Donald and Martha (McCoy) Hawkins. Allen worked as a maintenance mechanic for Lehigh University for 30 years. He also served his country in the US Navy.

He will be loving remembered by his significant other, Carol Pratt , step-son, Trent Rollins, and step-daughter, Gidget Pratt all of Bethlehem, brothers, Dominick (Bertha) Hawkins of Delaware, Kenneth Hawkins of Lindenwold, NJ, sisters, Donna Smith of Camden, NJ, and Thelessa Hawkins, of Lindenwold, NJ, and 3 grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held 11am Friday July 18, 2014 at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018. A viewing will be one hour prior from 10-11am at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Nisky Hill Cemetery in Bethlehem.
