Alphonse R. Susoljak

Alphonse R Susoljak, 97 of Center Valley, PA, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2018. Born in Bayonne, NJ, Alphonse was a graduate of Bayonne Vo-Tech and served his country as a member of the US Army in France during WWII. Following his time in the Army, Alphonse was a machinist working for various companies in Bayonne. After retiring, he lovingly cared for his parents. In his free time, he enjoyed international travel, visits to the library and managing his investments. He is survived by three nephews and two nieces: Daniel Rucker, Norman Rucker Joseph Rapczynski, Elaine Meisinger (Palmer) and Linda Gamoneda (Nose). A fourth nephew, Francis Rapczynski, predeceased him. Alphonse is also survived by 12 grand nieces and nephews and 13 great-grand nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 28th at 11:00am at St. John Paul II Parish, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Bayonne. Interment will follow at St. Peters Cemetery on Staten Island.
