Andres "Andy" A. Castillo

Andres "Andy" A. Castillo, 53, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, September 27, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. A strong and loving family man, Andy was a devoted husband to Nayra Elias and devoted father to Tiffany Castillo and Mathew Castillo. He was a loving son and was born on January 7, 1971, to Andres P. Castillo of Bronx, NY and Judith I. Morales Sarzosa. He was raised by his cherished grandmother, Celia Maria Sarzosa Andrade, loving mother, Judith I. Morales Sarzosa and beloved aunt, Zoila Natalia Rueda Sarzosa.

A faithful member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Andy was a man of deep faith and love for his family. He worked in the protective service industry, primarily as a Private Investigator, for the past 30 years. He had a passion for Dungeons & Dragons, martial arts, building computers, playing video games, drawing and writing. His creative spirit was reflected in his two published books, GMA1: Cult of the Rat God and GMA2: They Devour.

Andy is lovingly remembered by his parents, Andres and Judith, his devoted wife, Nayra, his beloved children: Tiffany, Mathew and  Shaine M. Magliulo. He cherished Tiffany's husband, Shaine as his own son. Andy also leaves behind his dear grandchildren, Aurelia C. Magliulo and Jeriel E. Castillo Ramos.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 450 East Washington Avenue, Bethlehem, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. The interment will be held privately. Online condolences may be offered www.connellfuneral.com
