Angela Tsihlis

Angela DeMasi Tsihlis, of Bethlehem, died Sunday September 11, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Peter G. Tsihlis who died on May 10, 2008. Born in Highland Park, NJ on December 1, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Lucia DiCicco DeMasi. She was a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church of Bethlehem.

She will be lovingly missed by her devoted children; daughters, Evangelia wife of Michael Affatato, and Marcella wife of Paul Keyes, sons, George P. and Louis M. Tsihlis; grandchildren, Peter, Michael, Nicholas, Alexandra, Paula, Kristen, Alexis, Callista, Ariana, and Petros; she joyously welcomed her first great grandson George P. She will also be lovingly missed by her sister in laws, Liberty Tsihlis Zannikos and Roma DeMassi; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Louise DeMasi; and brothers, Victor, Niel, and Mario DeMasi.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, where a viewing will be held on Wednesday September 14th from 10 to 11:30 a.m. with a Trisaghion service beginning at 11:15 a.m. A funeral service will follow in the church at 12 p.m. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.
