Ann D. Sule

Ann D. Sule, 91, formerly of Bethlehem, PA, died peacefully on Thursday, June 26 in Charlotte, NC Ann was born in Minersville, PA, October 28, 1922 to the late John & Antonina Depsky.

Ann was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Eugene Sule & later on in her life, her husband of 7 years, Francis Achando.

She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Rodite and her husband, Bob of Charlotte, NC and Kelly McClintock and her husband Bill of Greenville, SC; her grandchildren, Colleen Wessler (Kurt), Robert Rodite (Christina), Tim McClintock, and Andrew McClintock; 3 great-grandchildren, a sister, Mary Bickleman and a brother, Paul Depsky of Minersville, PA and many nieces and nephews.

Ann lived in Bethlehem for over 70 years before she moved to Charlotte to be near her children and grandchildren. While living in Bethlehem, she was a member of Sacred Heart Church and was a past president of the Altar Rosary Society. She was always so proud to be a volunteer at St. Lukes Hospital for many years. She also served over 20 years as a volunteer at Musikfest where she loved to meet people (and polka!). She worked at Trio Togs & was a member of the International Ladies Garment Association. After she retired as a seamstress, she worked in the cafeteria for the Bethlehem School District.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated July 3 at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Charlotte, NC. A graveside service and inurnment will take place at the Hellertown Union Cemetery on Monday, July 7 at 11:30 AM.
