Ann S. Cmorey

Ann S. Cmorey, 98, of Bethlehem, PA passed peacefully from this life on August 15, 2018, at Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem. The wife of the late Geroge S. Cmorey, Ann was born on June 20, 1920 in Endicott, NY to John Pelick and Alexandra (Surka) Pelick. A graduate of the Powell School of Business in Harrisburg, PA, Ann was a member of the Incarnation of Our Lord Church, Bethlehem, the Slovak Catholic Sokols, and the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association. She was a skilled and talented seamstress, an avid bowler, and enjoyed crossword puzzles and baking. She loved keeping in touch with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren on her iPad, and especially enjoyed preparing the annual Slovak Christmas Eve dinner for her family.

Ann will be lovingly missed by her daughters, Georgene Reiman, wife of Jack, of Hellertown, and Barbara Galler, wife of Michael, of Old Saybrook, CT; five grandchildren: Brody Reiman Gerlach (Serge), of San Rafael, CA, Ben Reiman (Ali), of Wyndmoor, PA, Michael Galler (Marie), of Linkoping, Sweden, Matthew Galler, of Graz, Austria, and Jonathan Galler, of Saybrook, CT; and five great-grandchildren: Cole Gerlach, Henry & Wyatt Reiman, Liam & Ella Galler; sister, Marion Figula; brother, George Pelick, daughter-in-law, Sharon Cmorey; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Richard; sister, Olga Tomachick; brothers, John & Nicholas Pelick; and her step-mom, Helen Pelick.

A viewing will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, on Monday, August 20, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. followed by an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at the Incarnation of Our Lord Church, 617 Pierce St., Bethlehem. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

Memorial contributions may be made payable to the Incarnation of Our Lord Parish or Disabled American Veterans and sent in care of Connell Funeral Home.
