Anna A. Krenicky

Anna "Semie" A. Krenicky, 83, of Bethlehem, died peacefully, surrounded by her family on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at VNA Hospice House of St. Luke's.

She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late John and Anna Ezar Semancik.

Anna was preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years Joseph A. Krenicky.

She was also predeceased by her brother Joseph and sister Mary Semancik Donchez

She dedicated her life to her family as a wife, mother and grandmother. Earlier she worked as a sewing machine operator and at the U.S. Post Office.

Anna was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church, Bethlehem. She was a former member of SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church where she was a member of the choir and rosary society. She was a member of the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Assoc. and the Catholic Sokols.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Joseph R. Krenicky and daughters Rita R. Krenicky; Jeanne V. wife of Joseph M. Kipp, Jr. of Bethlehem and Joanne M. wife of James Yarsevich of Clifton Park, NY. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Jared and Christopher Yarsevich; Amy Yarsevich Smith and Joseph and Brianne Krenicky as well as her brother Jack Semanick and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Connell Funeral Home, Inc 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem on Wednesday July 16, 2008 from 9-10:15 AM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Notre Dame Catholic Church 1861 Catasauqua Rd. Bethlehem PA 18018 on Wednesday July 16, 2008 at 11AM. The rosary will be prayed at the church at 10:40AM.

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem, PA.
