Anna E Horwath

Anna E. Kronstein Horwath, 96, of Bethlehem, died on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem. Anna was the daughter of the late John and Theresa Frank Kronstein. Anna was the wife of Wendell Horwath who died in November of 1995.



Anna was a member of University Parish of Holy Ghost Catholic Church. She worked in various sewing factories in the Lehigh Valley before retiring. Anna loved word puzzles, knitting and crocheting and was devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Anna will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Wendell Horwath and his wife Susan, Ronald S. Horwath and his wife Sandy of Bethlehem and Joseph W. Horwath of Allentown, eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents, husband, brother Joseph Kronstein and four sisters Kathryn Mahl, Mary Kronstein, Theresa Meza and Elizabeth Crawford.

Visitation will be at Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Monday, January 25, 2010 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at University Parish of Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 417 Carlton Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18015 on Monday, January 25, 2010 at 11:00 AM
