Anna Kospiah

September 10, 1914 — August 6, 2008

Anna Spak Kospiah, 93, resided and died at her daughters home in Coplay on Wednesday August 6, 2008. She was a former resident of the Rooney Building in Bethlehem for 22 years. Born September 10, 1914 in Bethlehem she was the daughter of the late Caroline Antkienicz and Martin Spak. She was married to the late John Kospiah, Sr.

Anna worked for the Bethlehem Area School District in the Custodian Department. She was a member of St. Josaphats Ukrainian Catholic Church in Bethlehem. Anna loved her trips to Atlantic City and Las Vegas. She also enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Georgene wife of Arnold Wagstaff of Coplay, sons; John Kospiah, Jr. and wife Mary Anne of Bethlehem and Michael Kospiah and wife Gustel of Bethlehem. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, JoAnn Kohut, grandson Billy Kohut, sister Catherine Apple and two brothers; John Spak and Andrew Spak.

SERVICES

Visitation will be at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethelehem, PA 18018 on Saturday, August 9, 2008 from 9-10 AM followed by a service in the funeral home at 10AM. Burial will be at St. Josaphat's Cemetery, in Bethlehem.

Memorial contributions may be made in Anna's name to Hospice of the VNA of St. Luke's 1510 Valley Center Parkway-St. 200 Bethlehem, PA 18017 or to the

School Sisters of St. Francis 395 Bridle Path Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18017.
