Anna T. Marcincin

February 5, 1925 — February 15, 2016

Anna T. Marcincin, 91, of Tamaqua formerly of Hellertown, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016 at Seton Manor in Schuylkill County. Born February 5, 1925 in Bethlehem she was the daughter of the late Apolonia (Palenchar) and Andrew Ulincy. She was married to the late Joseph F. Marcincin for 43 years until his death on May 19, 1990.

Anna worked in the food service department at Moravian Academy for 20 years. She was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church in Hellertown, where she was involved with the Ladies Guild and sang in the choir. She was most recently a member of the Ruby Red Royal Court of Lehighton. Anna loved baking and was the inspiration for her daughter's profession.



She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Joanne Kuhns wife of David of Tamaqua, brother, Rev. Andrew Ulincy of Bethlehem and sister, Margaret Maher of Potomac, MD. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Sister M. Bridget, MSC and Mary Voltral and brothers, Stephen, George Ulincy and John.

A viewing will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 9-10:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church 1408 Easton Rd., Hellertown, PA 18055 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Annas name to St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church.
