Anna V. Talaber

Anna V. "Annie" Talaber, 81, of Bethlehem Twp. died Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at Hospice House of St. Luke's.

She was born September 19, 1926 in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Michael and Veronica Kramer Arendas.

Annie was a graduate of Liberty High School. She worked for Bethlehem Steel Co. in the Duplicating Room for 19 years. She was a collector of pens, bingo cards and photos. Annie also drank a cup of tea every night at the Lantern Restaurant to scratch off her lottery tickets.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Judith Stiles of Bethlehem Twp; son, Michael Arendas of Allentown and her sisters, Margaret Lorrah of Bethlehem Twp. and Rose Turek of Bethlehem.

Annie was formerly married to Michael Talaber of Bethlehem.

Services: A Funeral Service will be held, Saturday, June 21, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. in the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
