Anne Louise Clause

Anne Louise Clause, 85, of Bethlehem, died on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at Manor Care Health Services. She was born December 3, 1923 in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Harry and Anna M. Melcher Hippensteal.

Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Clause, Jr.

She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.

Anne dedicated her life to her family and will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Susan M. Reddinger of Freemansburg; sons, Roy E. Clause and Wilbert R. Hippensteal both of Bethlehem; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great- granddaughter. She is also survived by her sister, Teddy Casillio and her brothers John and Robert all of Bethlehem; and her brother Richard of Florida.

Anne was preceded in death by her sisters, Doris Curtis and Nancy Benner and her brothers, Harry and Paul Hippensteal.

A viewing will be held on Monday, October 19, 2009 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem followed by a ceremony to celebrate Anne's life at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Farmersville Cemetery in Easton.
