Anthony Joseph Quinones

Anthony Joseph Quinones, 16, of Bethlehem, died Sunday September 9, 2007 at St. Christopher?s Hospital for Children, Philadelphia. Born on November 2, 1990 in Bethlehem; he was the son of Gina M. Adorno wife of Jose E. Adorno, who raised Anthony as his own, and Carmelo Quinones of Allentown.Anthony was in his sophomore year at Liberty High School; he was a generous and joyful teenager who loved music, dancing, driving, and making people happy. He was a dedicated champion and MVP in the Special Olympics. Anthony will be remembered as a hero. His final act was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.He will be lovingly remembered by: parents, Gina and Jose Adorno; brothers, Jiovani E. and Joey-Jose E. Adorno, all of Bethlehem; grandmothers, Joan Johns of Bethlehem and Nilda Osorio of Allentown; great grandparents, Luis and Santa Delgado of Bethlehem.Services: 1 p.m. on Saturday September 15th at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St; Bethlehem, PA 18018.
