Anthony Michael Zullo

Anthony Michael Zullo, 82, of Bethlehem died at his home on June 6, 2015. He was born March 28, 1933 in Bethlehem; son of the late Rocco and Lucy (Guerrieri) Zullo. Tony is survived by his wife, Marie E. (Lechman) Zullo. They would have celebrated their 59th anniversary on June 9th.

He proudly served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Tony worked as a foreman at the Bethlehem Steel Co. and retired after over 30 years of service. Upon his retirement, he worked at Congregation Brith Sholom. Tony was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and was a member of the OLPH Fellowship Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and he was a great cook and had a passion for wine making.

Tony will be dearly missed by his wife, Marie; daughter, Debbie Hamann and her husband, Doran of Bethlehem Twp.; his grandchildren, Michael and Mark as well as his sisters, Marie and Josephine of Bethlehem and Yolanda of Connecticut and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Michalina and Lena and his brother, Ernesto.

A visitation will be held at The Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. and again on Wednesday from 8-9:15 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Wednesday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18020. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
