Anthony Ruela

Anthony "Tony" Ruela, 38, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2008.

Born November 6, 1969 in Bethlehem, he was the son of Iria Tavares Ruela and the late Goncalo Ruela. Married to Evelina Cavuoto Ruela.

Anthony worked for B. Braun as a senior bids analyst. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Bethlehem. Tony enjoyed coaching his son's little league baseball team at Freemansburg Little League Baseball Association.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Evelina of Bethlehem Township, sons; Justin, Joshua, and Logan Ruela all of Bethlehem Township, mother Iria Tavares Ruela of Bethlehem, brother, Michael S. Ruela and wife Anna of Bethlehem, and a nephew, Michael A. Ruela of Bethlehem.

SERVICES

A viewing will be held June 9, 2008, Monday evening from 6-9 PM at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, for the Cavuoto family and friends. A second viewing will be held Tuesday morning from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM in the funeral home for the Ruela family and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd., Bethlehem, PA. 18020 at 10 AM.

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem.

Memorial Contributions can be made to Anthony's children's scholarship fund care of the funeral home.
