Antonette Faseno

January 25, 1917 — January 19, 2010

Antonette Faseno, 93, of Bethlehem passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010 at Cedarbrook, Ft. Hill Annex. Born in Ft. Hill, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Santa Bellon Venanzi.

Her husband, the late Anthony J. Faseno, Sr., died Feb. 5, 1974.

Antonette was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Bethlehem. A talented seamstress and cook, for years she baked fresh bread daily and was exceptionally gifted in the art of preparing Italian dishes.

She was the last of 11 children, predeceased by 2 sisters and 8 brothers.

She will be lovingly remembered by a son Anthony J., Jr. and his wife Louise in Cocoa Beach, FL,

Daughters Geraldine Conover of Bethlehem and Judith Steidle and her husband LLoyd of Whitehall, grandchildren Cathy, Robin, Bob, Scott, Danielle, Keith and Joe, great grandchildren Melissa, Michael, Michelle, Stephen, Donata, Krista, Chynna and Chelsea, great great grandchildren Jaovanni and Elycia.

Funeral services will begin with prayers at 9:15am Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010 in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Anne's Catholic Church, 450 Washington Ave. Bethlehem. Friends may call on Saturday 8:30am-9:15am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery.
