Arlene Lillian Reilly

Arlene Lillian Reilly, 81, of Bethlehem, died Saturday September 19, 2015. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island on July 5, 1934; the daughter of the late Joseph and Irene (Saran) Choquette. Arlene was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 33 years, Thomas Austin Reilly. She devoted her life to her family as a homemaker and later in life worked as the office manager of Gelcor Realty for 15 years. She enjoyed cooking, knitting/crocheting, going to casinos, watching her Dallas Cowboys and smoking on the porch. Because of her big heart, kind spirit and amazing listening skills, Arlene was often referred to as “Everyones Grandmother”. She would often be found lending an ear or advice to her neighbors, young and old. She loved her husband and missed him and their time together every day since his passing in 1990.

She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Kerri Ann Reilly, of Annapolis, MD, her brother, David of Georgetown, DE and her neighbors.

A visitation will be held at The Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 7-9 p.m. and again of Saturday from 8:45-9:15 a.m. at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Saturday at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, 312 E. Fourth St. Bethlehem, PA 18015. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
