Arthur M. Wersinger, 81, of Bethlehem, died Monday October 1, 2007. Born on May 8, 1926, in Hazelton Heights, Pa; he was the son of the late Harry and Lena Ford Wersinger. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mary Grace Wersinger.
Art was a barber for over 50 years and most recently worked at the Martin Tower Barber Shop. He was a 50 year honorary life member and past exalted ruler of the Bethlehem Elks 191. He was a trumpet player who played with the former Elks Band and a member of the Notre Dame Church of Bethlehem. He was a veteran, serving during WWII and a member of the Hellertown American Legion.
Survivors: wife, Mary Grace; daughters, Margaret Wersinger of Florida, Katherine Wersinger of Virginia and Regina ?Dolly? Terry of Media, Pa; step-son, Daniel Breslin of Massachusetts; step-daughter, Elizabeth Breslin of Pa; sisters, Dolores Pacelli and Eleanor Merenda, both of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Dr. Charles Terry and Linda Tocher; three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers; Robert, William and Richard.
