August A. Entler, Jr.

August A. "Gus" Entler, Jr., 55, of Fountain Hill, died on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg in Bethlehem.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late August A. and Elizabeth "Betty" Souver Entler. He was the loving husband of Carlene M.Mickey Entler of Fountain Hill. They celebrated their 24th anniversary this past August.

A lifelong resident of Fountain Hill Gus worked for the borough of Fountain Hill since 1998. In 2005, he became their Public Works Supervisor. He was an Oakland Raiders fan and a member of St. Ursula's Catholic Church in Fountain Hill.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Carlene, son, Paul Entler at home, and his daughter, Coleen Entler of Limerick.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Saturday, September 26, 2009 at 10 a.m. at St. Ursula's Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway Fountain Hill. A calling hour will be held from 9-10 a.m in the church. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem, PA
