Barbara A. Colacurcio

Barbara A. Colacurcio, 89, of Bethlehem died Wednesday, February 17, 2021 in her home at Traditions of Hanover. Born in Springfield, MA she was the daughter of the late Fred and Georgiana Pickwick Jr. She was married to the late William H. Strange (1986) and was remarried to the late William T. Colacurcio (2012). Also, predeceased by her sister Phyllis Bennewitz of Denver, CO.

Barbara Graduated Clara Maass Memorial Hospital (1953) and worked as a Registered Nurse at the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ for 35 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Douglas Strange and wife Carol of Saylorsburg, PA and Judythe Skeens and husband George of West Milford, NJ, stepchildren Denise Berenguer and William Colacurcio Jr. and wife Jo-Ann, grandchildren, Emilee, Parker, Katie, Kristy, Jody, Christopher, Andrew Heather, Chad, Carey and Haley, and ten great grandchildren. Niece Cindy Bennewitz DeVries and nephew Scott Bennewitz.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 at 1:00 PM. A calling hour will be held from 12-1 PM in the funeral home.
