Barbara A. Delazaro

Barbara A. DeLazaro, 72, of Bethlehem, died on Tuesday, January 05, 2016; she was surrounded by her loving family. Born in Jacksonville, FL, she was the daughter of Anne (Gombosi) Brandafi and the late Stephen J. Brandafi. She was the wife of the late Robert D. DeLazaro who died in 2008, they were married 49 years.

Barbara worked as an Administrative Assistant, formerly employed by Lehigh University for 33 years and most recently by Via of the Lehigh Valley, where she retired after many years of service. She adored her co-workers and the consumers at Via who put a smile on her face daily.

She will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Anne Brandafi; daughter Susan DeLazaro, daughter Ann DeLazaro and her spouse, Annette Potemski; Barbara's grandson Odin; sisters, Maureen Brandafi Cort and Nancy Brandafi Thomas; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9th, at the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem.
