Barbara A. Zito

Barbara A. Zito, 72, of Bethlehem Township passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Manor Care Nursing Home in Bethlehem. Born June 2, 1942 in Ormrod, PA she was the daughter of the late Kathryn (Benjo) and John Bobenko. She was married to Michael A. Zito with whom she celebrated 19 years of marriage.

Barbara worked for several accounting firms in the Lehigh Valley. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Bethlehem Township. Barbara could always be found tending to her garden or enjoying her Siamese cat, Christopher and her 4 Shih Tzus, Simon, Pepper, Peppy and Otis.

Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Michael and a brother, Michael Bobenko. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Paul Bobenko.

A viewing will be held on Monday, October 6, 2014 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help 3219 Santee Road, Bethlehem, PA 18020 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery. Arrangements Connell Funeral Home, Inc.
