Barbara H. Peters

Barbara H. Peters, 72, of Bethlehem passed away on June 30, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Mary (Semow) and Stephen E. Hudak, Sr., and the loving wife of Richard Peters.

Barbara began her career as a language teacher in a local Bethlehem, PA high school. She soon became a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines for 21 years. Her entrepreneurial spirit moved her to open the Viennese Pastries Cafe in Bethlehem, a unique European inspired coffee house. Her inspiration was her husband and five children whom she loved dearly. She was an outstanding and talented lady with many achievements through the years. She lived a life of selfless service to her family and those in need.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 47 years, Richard Peters; sons, Michael, Kevin, Gregory, Justin Peters,and daughter Valerie Peters; brothers, Stephen, Jr., Dennis, Michael, William, David Hudak and sister, Kathryn Smith.

Services will be held privately.
