Barry J. Schultz

Barry J. Schultz Sr., 65, of Allentown passed away on Thursday March 22, 2018. He was born in Bethlehem, son of the late Joseph and Bernice (Lash) Schultz. He was the husband of Donna (Huhn) Schultz. They celebrated 38 years of marriage on March 1st. Barry worked for Bethlehem Steel for 28 years and the Borough of Hellertown for 12 years. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Hellertown. Barry graduated from Mansfield University in 1973 with a degree in criminal justice. He loved the outdoors, including hunting, fishing and kayaking. He was devoted to his family and will be dearly missed.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Donna, daughters, Peggy Myers and husband Paul, and Mandy Mayer and husband Dave, son, Barry J. Schultz Jr. and wife Melissa, brother, Joseph Schultz and wife Sharon, sisters, Susan Muenker and husband Donald, and JoAnn Kautz and husband Donald, and grandchildren, Paul Myers, David Myers, Andrea Mayer, Makenzie Mayer, Brennan Schultz, and Danica Schultz.

A viewing will be held on Monday March 26, 2018 from 6-8pm and Tuesday March 27, 2018 from 10-11am followed by a service at 11am at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018.
