Bartolo Figueroa Silva

Bartolo Figueroa Silva, 84, died on Sunday, June 21, 2010.

He was born in Patillas, Puerto Rico; the son of the late Furjencio Figueroa and Jacinta Montae Ortiz.

Bartolo was preceded in death by his wife, Santos Ocasio Silva.

He retired in 1982 from the Bethlehem Steel after 30 years of service in the Coke Works.

Bartolo will be lovingly remembered by his children, Daniel O; Sixto; George; Luz E. Rodriguez; Isaias; William; Ana Miller and Anbal Chubby as well as his five sisters, 20 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.

He enjoyed taking care of his garden.

A Viewing will be held on Wed. from 6-8 PM and again on Thurs. from 8-9:30 AM at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 AM on Thursday at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, 312 E. 4th St. Bethlehem.

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
