Betty J. Marinaro

Betty J. Marinaro, 87, of Bethlehem formerly of Lancaster died Thursday, October 27th , 2016 at the St. Lukes Hospice House in Bethlehem. Born in Berwick, PA on October 28, 1928 she was the daughter of the late Chauncy and Lena Whitmire. She was the wife of the late Frank Marinaro with whom she was married over 50 years.

Betty dedicated herself to her family. She was a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. She loved traveling with her husband and they spent many winters in Melbourne Beach, FL together. Betty was also proud of her years playing clarinet in the Berwick High School Marching Band. She was a big animal lover as well.

She is survived by her daughter, Mia Marinaro with whom she resided. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Marinaro, brothers, Keith and Carl Whitmire and sisters, Harriet Lehman and Lois Jones.
