Betty Jane Bartleson

Betty Jane Bartleson, 71, of Wind Gap, died on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Hospice House of St. Lukes after a battle with MDS. She will be remembered for her strength and courage in her fight as well as her kindness and caring nature in her healthy days.

Betty was born January 24, 1949 in Easton; daughter of the late Clark and Florence (Meyers) Bartholomew. Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, William H. Bartleson and their daughter, Sherry Sterner.

Betty worked as the co-owner and operator of the Childrens Center of Wind Gap. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Pen Argyl. Betty loved traveling to Marco Island.

Betty will be dearly missed by her sons, Michael and his wife, Stephanie of Pen Argyl; and Jeffrey and his partner, Debbie of Bushkill Twp.; siblings, Debra Castle; Robert Bartholomew and his wife, Priscilla; and Roberta Bishop, grandchildren, Zach, Madison, Alex, Logan, Kayleigh and Olivia as well as her nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. Betty was also predeceased by her siblings, Ronnie Bartholomew and Ginger Bartholomew Bartleson.

A Memorial service to celebrate Bettys life will be announced at a later date.
