Betty Jane Linsenman

Betty Jane Linsenman, 77, of Allentown died Saturday August 22, 2009 at the Phoebe Nursing Home in Allentown, Pa. She was born in Allentown to the late Stanley M. and Helen Monihan Crone. She was the wife of the late Joseph E. Linsenman, V who died in 1971.

Betty Jane worked as a certified nursing assistant for the Visiting Nurses Association of Lehigh County. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Betty Jane loved to cook, crochet, listen to country music, and was an avid reader. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi in Allentown and read the Bible on a daily basis as her faith was very important to her.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Joseph VI and wife Mary Beth of Bath, Richard and wife Nancy Dunn of Loveland, Co., Douglas and wife Bridget of Whitehall, Jeffrey of Allentown, and Matthew and companion Caroline Plunkett of Northampton, grandchildren, Joseph VII, Jon, Cavan , Zakery , and Dylan Linsenman. Betty Jane is also survived by several brothers and sisters.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10AM Saturday August 29, 2009 at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018. A Calling Hour will be held from 9-10AM Saturday morning at the funeral home.
