Betty L. Bolich

Betty L. Bolich, 83, of Bethlehem passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Born in Reading on October 22, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Fanny (Fox) and George Himmelberger. She was the loving wife of William "Bill" H. Bolich.

Betty was employed by Reading Merchants Oil and Orr's department store. She was a member of Rosemont Lutheran Church and sang in the choir, she volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America, and at the West Bethlehem Food Bank. You could often find Betty gathering with friends and family or rooting for family members at sporting events.

Betty will be lovingly remembered by her family, William H. Bolich, Amber James, Alexis, LaSereon, Derrick and Barry Himmelberger, plus many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her son, David W. Bolich, and brother, Donald Himmelberger.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, from 10-11 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Laureldale Cemetery in Reading, PA.
