Betty M. Mckew

Betty M. McKew, 88, of Bethlehem, died on Saturday, October 7, 2017. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Marie (Masel) Fisher. She was the wife of the late Francis J. McKew, Jr; they were married for 61 years. Betty grew up in Baltimore and graduated from Towson High School in 1941. She loved going to the beach, spending time with family and reading.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters: Deborah A. Kachmar and husband Larry, Sharon M. Michael and husband Greg, Mary Kay Keefe and husband John and Lynn M. Oakes and husband Jack; grandchildren: Katie, Kelly, Larry Jr, Sammy and Leslie; and 8 great grandchildren.

Viewing hours will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. Service and burial will be private.
