Billy D. Pack

Billy D. Pack, 84, of Bethlehem, died suddenly on Sunday, January 5, 2014. He was born in Hall County, Texas; son of the late Alvis and Mae Pack. He was the loving husband of Dorothy (McCully) Pack, they were married 60 years.

Billy was a District Manager for AT&T from 1954-1983, then a Division Manager for Northern Telecom from 1984 until his retirement in 1989. He was a past president of the Lehigh Valley Verizon Telephone Pioneers, a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church, Bethlehem, an avid bowler and golfer. He honorably served his country in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Dorothy; daughters, Michele Barletta & husband, Thomas, and Marsha Couture & husband, Marcel; grandchildren, Eric& Elyse Couture; sisters, Faye Simpson, Joyce Arnold and Melba Smith. He was predeceased by 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

Viewing hours will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, on Thursday, January 9 from 2 to 4 p.m. and again on Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. A funeral service will follow, in the funeral home. Entombment will be at Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer.
