Brian A. Shaneberger, 69, of Bethlehem, died on Friday, September 18, 2020 at Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital. He was born June 14, 1951 in Phillipsburg, NJ; son of the late James Thomas and Joyce Elizabeth (Garrison) Shaneberger.
Brian was a graduate of Freedom High School and attended Northampton Community College. He retired from J.T. Baker Chemical Company and served as past president of the union.
Brian will be lovingly remembered as being kind, friendly, and helpful and for his big personality. He loved all things motorcycles; especially riding his motorcycle with friends. He could always be found wearing his bandana and sunglasses. Brian was powerful and enjoyed a good debate. Brian was a member of the DFFD Club. He was loved by so many.
Brian will be dearly missed by his sisters, Carol Shaneberger and Diane Winkle and husband, Gary; nephews, Zachary and James; great nieces and nephew, Mackenzie, Avery, Kindred, Paisley, and Eva; as well as his extended family and many, many friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 from 10-11:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA. Due to state restrictions, masks must be worn to enter the building and a limited number of guests will be permitted in the building at one time. Guests are encouraged to wear jeans and Harley-Davidson t-shirts. A burial will be held immediately following the visitation at Ss. Phillip and James Cemetery in Phillipsburg. Those wishing to ride their motorcycles in procession are encouraged to do so.
