Brock Andrew Depew

Brock Andrew Depew, 31, of Bethlehem, died on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at his residence.

He was born June 11, 1979 in Arlington, TX; the son of the late Frederic "Fritz" Depew and Patricia Ann Daubert Polohovich of Bethlehem.

Brock was a graduate of Freedom High School in conjunction with the Academy of Career Development. He attended Devry Institute in Phoenix, AZ. Brock then followed his passion for cooking by attending the Culinary Arts Program at Northampton Community College. He was currently working as a cook for NHS Human Services.

Brock will be lovingly remembered by his mother and step father, Patricia and Alex Polohovich of Bethlehem; his brother, Troy Depew, with whom Brock resided; his step-brother, Kevin Kleppinger and his wife Leah and their son, Caleb of Twinsburg, OH and Brock's long time friend, Shannon Kubik.

Brock will be forever remembered for his sensitivity, compassion and kindness.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2011 from 7-9 PM at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church 3219 Santee Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18020 on Friday, February 18, 2011 at 11 AM. The family will receive friends from 10:30-11 AM at the church prior to Mass.

Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Allentown.
