Carlos A. Figueiredo

Carlos A. Figueiredo, 70, of Fountain Hill passed away suddenly on Friday, March 20, 2015 at St. Lukes Hospital in Fountain Hill. Born in Agueda, Portugal he was the son of the late Maria Almeida. He was married to Alzira (Alburquerque Costa) Figueiredo with whom he would have celebrated 43 years of marriage this July 23rd.

Carlos worked as a mechanic for Lisbon Contractors and Ronka Construction and retired from Bethlehem Steel in the Coke works after 20 years of service. Before coming to America he served in the Portuguese Air Force in South Africa. He loved animals and nature.

Carlos will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Alzira, son, Carlos Costa Figueiredo and wife Heather, grandson, Carlos Beahn Figueiredo and granddaughters, Sierra Forry and Brianna Quinn.

Services will be private. All are welcome to attend the Seventh Day Mass at Holy Infancy Catholic Church 312 E. Fourth St., Bethlehem, PA 18015 on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 5:15 PM. Arrangements entrusted to Connell Funeral Home.
