Carlos L. Martinez

Carlos L. Martinez (Brooklyn), 78, of Bethlehem, passed away suddenly on August 7, 2022.

Born on April 1, 1944, in Guanica, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Carmen R. (Mojica) Agosto and Pedro Juan Martinez Soto. Carlos grew up in Brooklyn, NY after him and his family moved to the United States, that is where his nickname originated from.

Carlos worked at Lehigh Foundry for 27 years and later at Maiers Bakery. He enjoyed collecting antiques and hunting in his spare time.

He will be dearly missed by his two daughters, Michele Feliciano and her husband, Juan and Marisol Martinez and her husband, Romaine Forbes; two brothers, Wilfredo and Jaime; sister, Lourdes; six grandchildren, Juan, Ciana, Lorenzo, Mya, Siara, and Desiree`; and one great-grandchild, ZUniramai.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Savior Cemetery, 2575 Linden St., Bethlehem, PA 18017.
