Carmen Diaz Jimenez

Carmen Diaz Jimenez, 97, of Bethlehem, received her wings on October 17, 2017. Born in Salinas, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Henriquez and Estefania Ledee. She was the wife of the late Luis A. Jimenez.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons: Luis, Jorge, Robert, Manuel, Enrico and Lucas; daughters: Adelina Mendez, Gladys Dellatore and Theresa Santiago; 4 generations of grandchildren; and her caregivers, Esther Ocasio and Jean Jimenez.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, Oct. 19, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. A 10:30 a.m. funeral service will follow, in the funeral home. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
