Carol A. Balog

Carol A. Balog, 67, of Bethlehem, died on Monday, June 30, 2014 at St. Lukes Hospital in Fountain Hill. She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Prestosh) Kereczman. Carol was the loving wife of Michael S. Balog; they were married for 41 years.

Carol worked for St. Lukes Hospital as a computer operator for 25 years and later as a secretary for Our Lady Help of Christians. She was a parishioner of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish in Bethlehem and a devout Catholic. She loved her animals and was an avid reader.

Carol will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Michael; sister, Sandra; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, 617 Pierce St., Bethlehem, PA 18015. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the church or Peaceable Kingdom, 1049 MacArthur Rd., Whitehall, PA 18052.
