Carolyn Eckhart

Carolyn Eckhart, 60, of Bethlehem Township, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at St. Luke's Anderson Campus.

Born on May 27, 1964, in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Alfred L. and Julia (Lomonski) Nemeth.

Carolyn found great joy in doing all sorts of crafts---whether that was scrap booking or making cards, it brought a smile to her face. She also enjoyed baking, canning, gardening, and shopping-especially in Lancaster. Above all, she adored her family, her cat, Chloe, her dogs, Willow and Layla, and her grand dogs.

Carolyn will be dearly missed by her husband of 36 years, Dennis J. Eckhart; two daughters, Heather L. Eckhart and her fiancé, Willis Myers and Amber N. Eckhart and her husband, Anthony Lando; two sisters, Lisa Shipper and her husband, Brian and Kim Rickert and her husband, Ron; brother, Keith Mesits; two step-sisters, Susan Stull and her husband, Roger and Katharine Collum and her husband, Bill; sister-in-law, Diane Kovacs; one granddaughter, Lillian Lando; and many nieces and nephews.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025, from 10-12:00 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will conclude services at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
