Catherine M. Lucente

Catherine Lucente, 73, of Walnutport, formerly of Bethlehem, died on

Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at St.Luke's Hospital.

She was born October 9, 1935 in Williams Twp. the daughter of the late

John and Agnes Kostelnik Ender.

Catherine was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School and Sacred

Heart Nursing School.

She retired from nursing after 45 years of service at Sacred Heart

Hospital, St. Luke's Hospital, Northampton Hospital, Holy Family Manor and

Palmerton Hospital.

Catherine was a former member of St. Nicholas Church in Berlinsville and

Assumption BVM in Slatington.

She will be lovingly remembered by her family, son, Robert J. Lucente

husband of Nancy of Gillette, NJ; son, Richard Lucente of Allentown; son,

Theodore F. Lucente, Sr. husband of Barbara of Fountain Hill; daughter,

Ann wife of Jeffrey Enos of Marshall, VA; and son Anthony Lucente husband

of Chandrima of Philadelphia.

Catherine is also survived by her six grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas,

Theodore F. Jr and Regina Lucente and Ryan and Megan Enos as well as her

brother John Ender and his wife Sue of Loveland CO and her sister Frances

wife of Russell Gestl of Bethlehem.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 17, 2008 from 9-10:30

AM at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 17, 2008

at 11 AM in Holy Ghost Catholic Church 417 Carlton Ave. Bethlehem, PA

18015

Burial will be held on Saturday October 18, 2008 at 11:30 AM at Holy

Saviour Cemetery 2575 Linden St. Bethlehem PA 18017.
